Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget.

Administer the NEC 4 Option C contract, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Manage Compensation Events (CEs) and variations, ensuring timely submissions and agreement.
Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain accurate and comprehensive project records.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risks.
Assist in value engineering to optimize project performance and reduce unnecessary costs.
Provide regular financial reports, including cost‑value reconciliations (CVRs) and forecasts.
Present financial performance and risk updates to stakeholders.
Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
Support the procurement team in evaluating and appointing subcontractors.
