Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Quantity Surveyor of all levels to join a growing commercial team supporting a diverse portfolio of nuclear, defence, decommissioning and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The role offers hybrid working and requires NEC contracts experience, cost forecasting, and strong stakeholder management. Start ASAP subject to vetting; salary is dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC Option C and/or E contract forms.
• Experience with compensation events and early warning processes.
• Programme and change management experience.
• Contract administration, cost forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail in contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of nuclear, defence, decommissioning and infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Contribute to commercial activities within a growing team.
• Assist in cost forecasting, reporting and contract administration tasks.
