A leading civil engineering firm in the United Kingdom is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for their Windermere project. The role involves managing commercial aspects of the project, leading procurement processes, and mentoring junior surveyors. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in quantity surveying. Reporting to the Senior QS on site, the project QS shall be responsible for delivery all commercial matters within his designated section of the project. This will require working as part of the wider project team, reporting to the Senior QS on the project to assist with monthly reporting and project delivery.
Depending on the value of the project, the QS may be responsible for the scheme in it's entirety reporting to the Senior / Managing QS.
