About the Role of Quantity Surveyor:

Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Oxford paying competitive day rate.

An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a tier 1 sized main contractor on a £20M commercial project in Oxford.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based, as well as remote working. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Commercial Manager and Construction Director.

Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit-out, and refurbishment.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 10 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record providing support with a Main Contractor.

The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:

1. Commercial experience
2. Main Contracting experience
