Position: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 (plus car allowance and package)

The Role

This newly created role is a direct result of an expanding workload, providing an opportunity to shape the position according to your expertise. The role offers both independence and access to senior leadership for support, ensuring a balance between autonomy and collaboration.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of commercial responsibilities, covering both pre- and post-contract phases. Key areas of focus include procurement, subcontractor management, contract review, payment applications, and cost-value reconciliations.

Working in the context of a secured multi-billion-pound framework, this role offers long-term career prospects, including the opportunity to progress into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

Your Experience
