Quantity Surveyor (Refurbishment Projects) – Location: Ealing, London – Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + package + bonuses

I'm delighted to be working with an ambitious and steadily growing contractor based in Ealing, who are now looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to join a forward-thinking company and play a key role in their continued success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of projects from inception to completion
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Negotiate contracts, manage variations, and ensure cost control
• Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

About You

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within refurbishment or sub contracting
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail
