What we are looking for:

  • We are looking for an individual who has a Quantity Surveying degree or another technical qualification
  • Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor
  • A proven track record of delivering contracts on time and within budget
  • A knowledge of Supply Chain management
  • A RICS / CIOB qualification is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile cost reports and profit forecasts
  • Maintain and develop relationships with our clients and customers
  • Manage day-to-day cost control
  • Process Sub-Contractors' requests for payment via applications and invoices
  • Ensure timely cash flow management
