Qualifications

  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm.
  • Ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.

An ambitious, purpose-driven Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Plymouth office. This dynamic firm, the first Chartered Surveyors globally to achieve B-Corp status, is widely respected for its environmental leadership and outstanding employee satisfaction.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team known for its commitment to social value and sustainable construction. The Quantity Surveyor will support and manage a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, including private developments and infrastructure schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career in a supportive and innovative environment, where people come first and professional development is taken seriously. From pre to post contract duties, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the full project lifecycle, with scope to act as Employer's Agent and take ownership of projects at all RIBA stages.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Pre and post contract experience

  • Ambition to achieve MRICS status
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
