Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Residential Projects

Location: Croydon / South East London

Salary: Up to £65,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate) + Package

Office: Selsdon - 1 Day WFH - Flexible Hours

A well-established main contractor based in Selsdon is looking to expand its commercial team with the addition of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. With two new residential projects starting - one in Croydon and another in Chertsey - now is an exciting time to join a business on the rise.

The Projects:

• Residential schemes ranging from £6m-£16m
• All based in South East London and within a manageable travel radius
• Strong pipeline and a stable team of 10+ surveyors

The Role:

• Reporting to a Senior QS who oversees 2-3 projects
• Supporting procurement, cost reporting, subcontractor packages, and client liaison
• Encouraged to make decisions and grow commercially

What They're Looking For:

• An intermediate-level QS with residential experience (main contractor background preferred)
• Confident, organised, and capable of running elements independently
• Strong communicator and decision-maker
• Someone ready to take ownership and grow with the business
• Up to £65,000 salary (negotiable for the right person)
• 1 day WFH
• Flexible working hours (8-5 or 8:30-5:30)
• Supportive, down-to-earth commercial team
