Tradeline Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a central London role offering up to £55,000. The successful candidate will join a leading specialist contractor working across Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors.

You will have a minimum of 4 years UK QS experience, ideally with a subcontractor or contractor background, and be capable of post-contract commercial activities, cost analysis, tender preparation and producing CVRs and progress reports.

Qualifikationen

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.

• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.

Quantity Surveyor - Up to £55,000 - Central London

Our client is a leading specialist construction and refurbishment contractor covering projects within the Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential sector,

Due to continued growth they seek a Quantity Surveyor (minimum 4 years UK QS experience) to work alongside the Director and help to deliver the commercial functions within projects for the business.. UK project experience is essential and it would suit a Surveyor who has ideally worked for a subcontractor or contractor and able to provide post contract commercial activities.

Our client is seeking a career driven, excellent communicator who wants to define their career with a growing construction business delivering excellent post contract commercial work within the UK Construction market.
