Quantity Surveyor – Cat A & B Fit Out
London Fit Out Contractor Permanent

We are working with a dynamic fit out contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality Cat A & B commercial fit out projects across London. With a strong pipeline of upcoming schemes, they are now seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the financial and contractual management of fast-paced fit out schemes, working from tender through to final account. You’ll collaborate with design and site teams to ensure projects are commercially efficient, delivered on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and cost reports.

• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and forecast project expenditure.

• Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (JCT).

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a fit out or refurbishment contracting environment.

• Strong knowledge of Cat A & B office fit out projects (preferred).

• Good understanding of JCT contracts.

• Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
