Overview

Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a main contractor who are looking to bring on board an experienced quantity surveyor to join their commercial team in Edinburgh.

This organisation has an excellent reputation in the market and due to expansion are looking to bring on board another QS. This contractor operate across a range of sectors including commercial and leisure. Your time will be spent mostly on site in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the commercial team on site in Edinburgh for a main contractor
• Manage contractual and commercial activities for projects in the commercial and leisure sectors

Qualifications

• Qualified quantity surveyor with at least a few years of experience
• Ideally experience with main contracting, however other backgrounds may be considered
