Our client is delivering a flagship £20m new build project in the education sector and is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With over 2 years project duration ahead and future work targeted in healthcare and higher education across the East, this opportunity offers long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage commercial activities on a major new build education project

- Prepare and review accurate cost plans, procurement packages, and contract documentation

- Oversee subcontractor engagement, payments, and valuations

- Monitor project finances and provide timely cost reporting

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure value and efficiency

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in quantity surveying on large-scale construction projects

- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and cost management processes

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification

- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality delivery
