The Quantity Surveyor role

Ideally, you'll:

  • Be a recognized Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness, focusing on profit and cash management.
  • Collaborate to input into Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team.
  • Have prior experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
  • Manage various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract management through to final account.
  • Aim to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
  • Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial roles within main contracting organizations.

Your profile

  • Ability to analyze internal and external data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
