Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing construction consultancy, working on a variety of exciting refurbishment and new build projects across the Bristol and Gloucestershire areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven QS looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering cost management and commercial support across multiple projects, ensuring best value while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cost aspects of refurbishment and new build projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and tender documents
  • Monitor project performance, cash flow, and forecast final costs
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits across the South West as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
  • Strong knowledge of refurbishment and new build contracts
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • MRICS or working towards chartership is desirable
