️ What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing the full commercial lifecycle of utility and infrastructure contracts

  • Preparing tender documentation, costings, and contract variations

  • Tracking budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maintain financial accuracy

  • Identifying risks and resolving commercial challenges across projects

  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with robust financial insights

  • Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure value and delivery


What We're Looking For:



  • Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in utilities, power, or infrastructure

  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial frameworks

  • High level of accuracy and confidence interpreting technical project details

  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experience
