Your Purpose:

• Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception to completion, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and supply chain payment assessments.
• Deliver construction phase contract Quantity Surveying services, including change management, contractor payment applications, and final accounts.
• Prepare data and reports within designated timescales, in formats required by management and clients.
• Work collaboratively with other service teams for integrated client delivery.
• Develop client relationships and provide outstanding service on a project basis, in conjunction with senior management.

What you can bring:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Knowledge of applicable measurement methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
