Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor in Cheshire, with duties across Warrington and surrounding areas. You will manage multiple live projects up to £10 million, ensuring value, cost control and timely applications for payment.

Key responsibilities include CVRs, valuations, cashflow forecasting, subcontractor procurement and final accounts, supported by an HNC/HND in Surveying.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m.
• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Quantity Surveyor

Warrington| Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

An established main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Cheshire.

Working across a portfolio of Hotels, Care Homes and Industrial Unit projects, you will typically be responsible for 1-2 live projects at any one time, with values of up to £10 million. (locations around Cheshire and Merseyside)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing CVRs
• Valuations and applications for payment
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Subcontractor procurement and account management
• Cost control and project reporting
• Managing final accounts

Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector
• Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m
• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• HNC or HND Degree In Surveying
