My client is a proprietary trading firm expanding its presence in the crypto space. The firm can hire globally, with opportunities in London, Paris, Singapore, Switzerland, and Dubai. They are seeking a Quantitative Researcher/Trader to research and deploy strategies such as HFT/MM, mid-frequency/stat arb, or CTA.

The successful candidate will have over 2 years of experience in researching and monitoring crypto strategies and will receive comprehensive benefits, including a bonus based on PnL.

The Role:

1. Research strategies across CeFi or DeFi venues in collaboration with other Quantitative Researchers, Traders, Developers, and PMs.
2. Develop infrastructure and tools, and implement strategies.
3. More experienced candidates will manage risk and work more independently.

Requirements:

1. Over 2 years of research and trading experience in crypto.
2. Proficiency in Python; experience with other languages like Rust is a plus.
3. A Master’s or PhD from a top university is preferred.
