Susquehanna is offering a graduate programme focused on quantitative systematic trading, combining trading, technology, and research. Graduates will engage in hands-on simulations, learn about proprietary dataspaces and novel modelling approaches, and work on strategy implementation with senior traders and researchers.

Applicants should be soon-to-be master's or PhD graduates, with strong research orientation and coding ability, available to join in June 2027, regardless of finance background.

Qualifications
