Susquehanna is seeking recent or upcoming PhD and research masters graduates to join our graduate programme in London. You will be mentored by senior traders and researchers and taught everything needed to succeed, even without a finance background.

The programme combines education with hands-on trading games and project work, giving exposure to problem conceptualisation, modelling, back-testing, implementation and monitoring. Start date is June 2027.

Qualifications

• Ability to build mathematical models and analyse data.
• Strong problem-solving and interpretive skills.
• Effective communication of complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine quantitative models for trading strategies.
• Participate in problem conceptualisation, modelling and back-testing.
• Collaborate with senior traders and researchers to monitor models.
