Location: London, England

As a Data Solutions Architect Associate, you will design and promote data tooling, develop prototypes, and enhance data management capabilities in the Financial Services sector.

The role involves:

• Designing and promoting tooling to support the Markets Data Strategy
• Developing proof-of-concept prototypes for cross-LOB priority data products
• Prototyping technical patterns for Markets Data Standards implementation
• Automating data lineage registration and data quality monitoring
• Providing guidance on data patterns usage within Markets
• Ensuring integration with data and analytics platforms and on-premises data stores
• Integrating strategic data management tools into workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Services technology
• Experience with data/technology projects in Financial Services
• Excellent Python programming skills
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Ability to build and optimize data sets and 'big data' pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Preferred: Experience with Sell-Side analytics platforms (e.g., Athena, SecDB)
