Do you have experience of quantitative research and feel ready to take on a lead role?

We are seeking someone dynamic; a creative, collaborative thinker with the necessary knowledge to effectively evaluate Via innovations, projects and practices and showcase the difference they make to people’s lives.

The Role

We are seeking a creative, collaborative thinker with experience of quantitative research design and delivery to:

  • Take a Project Lead role on internal research and service evaluation projects
  • Work with external collaborators to design, manage and undertake research and service evaluations.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to evidence the tangible impact our organisation has on those we support. Your role will help us ensure that the support we provide is evidence-based and effective.

You will not only support with promoting our research findings internally, but you will also have the opportunity to attend and present at established conferences and become co-authors on publications!

The Service

A unique opportunity has become available within Via’s Innovation & Research Unit (IRU). The IRU is dedicated to improving the quality of Via’s service delivery and achieves this by:

  • Evaluating existing interventions/ processes
  • Identifying and evaluating potential new exciting innovations
  • Embedding best practice recommendations and viable innovations into Via’s services.

Location

Flexible in relation to base, with an expectation of travel to a London based office once a week and when needed.
