Job Description:

Our client is a globally recognized leader in healthcare insights, working with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. They specialize in providing high-impact data-driven solutions to help bring life-changing treatments to market. They are seeking an experienced Quantitative Research Director to join their UK/EU team. This role involves hands-on research, client account leadership, and strategic collaboration across divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full-service quantitative research projects within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences sectors.
• Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high-quality research and insights delivery.
• Provide mentorship and line management to junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, to shape account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging them at a strategic level to drive impactful decision-making.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in quantitative healthcare research within a UK-based market research agency.
• Experience in conducting qualitative primary research is a plus.
• Strong background in custom, ad-hoc primary research projects.
• Previous team management or mentoring experience.
• Commercial acumen to align insights with business objectives.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, especially regarding product commercialization and market access.
• UK-based candidates only. Must be able to travel to London regularly; weekly travel preferred but not mandatory.
• Must hold a valid UK work permit.
