Your impact:

• Contribute to a high-performing team in developing, optimizing, and evolving the firm's research pipeline and strategy development.
• Identify prospects for further optimization and performance enhancements through research to realize trading results.
• Build components and new infrastructure to maintain new trading strategies, testing, and debugging as part of the development process.
• Work collaboratively with other teams of traders and developers to provide realistic project timelines, estimates, and ensure team accountability.
• Provide high-level technical and investment analytics support to the trading desk.

Requirements:
