We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer or Trader with a proven track record of designing and implementing fully automated trading systems. This role requires deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the futures space — with a focus on S&P 500 (ES) and Nasdaq (NQ) instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine fully automated, real-time trading strategies

• Work within NinjaTrader 8, utilizing the Rithmic data feed for execution

• Implement clean, efficient code in NinjaScript (C#) and/or Python

• Optimize performance for low-latency execution in fast-moving markets

• Collaborate to align system logic with market conditions and trading objectives

Required Experience:

• Demonstrable experience building and deploying live automated trading systems

• Proficiency in NinjaTrader 8, including order management and execution modules

• Deep understanding of order flow, market structure, and execution timing

• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and risk-awareness in live environments
