• Advance UBS's Structured Products pricing methodology, in close cooperation with Trading, Structuring and Quants.
• Drive innovation in Structured Products by providing novel payoffs and analytics to UBS internal staff and clients.
• Collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders across Trading, Structuring, Sales, Quants, IT and Control functions.
• Demonstrate Accountability with Integrity - take ownership, deliver high-quality work, and strive for operational excellence in a fast-moving, highly-regulated business.
  
  

Your team

• The Pricing Platform team is the Front Office group responsible for the development of UBS's Structured Products quoting platform.
• We service both internal sales and structurers, and external clients trading electronically around the world and around the clock.
• Our team interacts daily with numerous stakeholders across the organisation - including Trading, Structuring, Sales, IT and Control functions.
• We aim to deliver an industry-leading platform, powered by the latest quant analytics, offer best-in-class service to our clients and cement UBS's position as a global Structured Products powerhouse.
  
  

Your expertise

• Strong academic background in a quantitative field (mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, etc). A post-graduate degree is a strong advantage.
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing and complex work environment, and to take last-minute schedule changes in your stride.
• Understanding of financial markets, especially derivatives. Front-office experience (Structuring, Trading, Sales, Quants) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex ideas in a fluent and articulate manner.
• Proficiency in Python or Java (with knowledge of any other language an advantage), and an ability to rapid prototype ideas through code.
