RJC are teamed up with one of our Tier-One Energy Trading Clients who are looking for a Quant Analyst to join their Structuring and Valuation team working closely and offering support to the Power and Gas trading desks.

Key responsibilities

• Developing visualisation tools and reports
• Developing the valuation models for complex trades
• familiarity with model risk and limitations

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Quant Analyst in a commercial setting
• Strong foundation in probability, option pricing theory, statistics and numerical analysis
• Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with European energy markets
• Skilled at conveying complex mathematical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
