THE WORK:

Ripple is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and versatile Trading and Markets Analyst / Senior Analyst for our London and Singapore offices. This role is pivotal for a proactive, innovative individual who excels in performance-driven environments.

We’re looking for an inquisitive and adaptable professional interested in a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Operate proprietary systems in accordance with the trading desk’s objectives.
2. Monitor trading activity and positions consistently throughout the shift.
3. Perform research and post-trade analysis using the firm's research tools on various algorithmic trading strategies to improve profitability of existing models.
4. Apply expertise in market microstructure, historical tick data, and quantitative modeling to conduct research and develop new sources of alpha.
5. Collaborate with strategy developers to propose and test strategy-specific code changes related to execution, pricing, and risk management.
6. Communicate with risk managers and internal technology groups regarding production issues.
7. Work with teams to resolve trade breaks, position, and activity reconciliation exceptions.
8. This role may include out-of-hours shifts (remote).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• At least 4+ years of experience in trading, finance, or related fields, with a focus on digital assets and FX.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and mathematical skills.
• Experience in Python, Java a plus.
• Passion for FinTech, markets, and technological innovation in trading.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills focused on contributing to the success of the trading desk.
• Ability to work in a team environment 24/7 with independent discretion during rotating shifts.
