• Map the global Quant Research, Quant Trading and Systematic Trading talent landscape.
• Research leading hedge funds, prop shops and market makers.
• Identify and track high-calibre quantitative talent.
• Build detailed talent pools and candidate pipelines.
• Monitor hiring trends, competitor activity and movement across the market.
• Support recruiters on live searches and specialist hiring projects.
• Develop a strong understanding of different firms, strategies and candidate backgrounds.
• Keep market and candidate intelligence organised across our internal systems.
