Oxford Knight is seeking world-class Python software engineers to help scale our rapidly growing quantitative platform, delivering robust, high‑performance data systems for financial services.

You will write production-grade Python, set up ETL pipelines for ingested data, and contribute to large-scale distributed architectures in London or NYC.

Candidates should have 5+ years in quant software development, a BS in CS or mathematics, and experience with streaming technology.

Responsibilities

• Improve core functionality of the systems, ensuring performance and accuracy
• Setup ETLs for ingesting and processing data

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years’ quant software development experience, preferably at a top-tier financial services firm
• Ability to write production-grade (robust and maintainable) Python code
• BS degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with data pipelines
• Ideally familiar with some streaming technology
• Built large-scale, distributed systems
