It is part of Shell Energy, which is the commercial heart of the Integrated Gas Business and aligns all Energy Trading activity worldwide.
SE-EA focuses on European gas and power markets and the global emissions market. The environment is dynamic and challenging, requiring SE-EA to continuously find new value creation propositions (CVPs) for suppliers and customers to grow its portfolio. This role will be part of the European Gas and Power commercial business team based in London.
This position will work closely with the Gas and Power Trading, Structuring, and Business Development teams to handle physical and financial structured products.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role, reporting to the Trading Quant Lead, will focus on enhancing analytics and modeling to support commercial activities in the Gas and Power trading portfolio, aiming to grow the business and contribute significantly to SE-EA’s P&L.
The incumbent will understand the trade lifecycle, market dynamics, and be a key interface between trading, business development, and structuring teams, supporting structured, retail, and imbalance products.
