Job summary

Randstad Group is seeking a Visual Inspector in Swindon for a 12-month contract. The role involves manual visual inspection of filled vials, strict GMP/GDP compliance, and precise documentation. Shifts rotate 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00 with a 37.5-hour week.

The position requires good concentration, basic maths/English, and prior experience in regulated production is a plus. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• GDP, GMP, and Data Integrity basics.
• Respect established SOPs and batch records.
• Attention to detail and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual visual inspections of filled vials under controlled conditions.
• Detect and reject defective units with particles, cosmetic defects, fill volume or closure issues.
• Segregate accepted and rejected units correctly.
• Document inspection results per GDP.
• Report abnormalities or trends to supervision.
• Follow SOPs and batch records while adhering to DI principles.
• Participate in qualification and periodic vision checks, and pre-shift gowning and PPE.
