Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a Quality Specialist Trainer for a global client based in Folkestone. The role shapes the training strategy across Europe, coordinating programs UK/EU and ensuring compliance with MDR, ISO standards.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, manage training matrices, use SABA and eDMS, and drive improvement through data analysis. Hybrid role with office and home days; 37 hours per week; 24 days holiday plus bank holidays; pension 9% matched.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Proven training and technical experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs across UK/EU, including tracking and reporting progress.
• Assign and monitor training through SABA and eDMS systems.
• Maintain training matrices and provide metrics to leadership.
• Support internal and external audits (MDR, ISO 22716, ISO 13485).
• Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance.
• Analyse data, prepare summaries, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.
