Exciting opportunities available in Golborne!

Due to relocation, our client a leading global brand, is looking to recruit and add a number of Quality Testers to their dedicated & committed team.

This role will involve working with white goods - washing machines, tumble driers, fridge freezers & chest freezers.

Reporting to the team leader, the ideal candidate will;
~ Be responsible for the testing, cleaning & packing - ensuring they meet the customers criteria
~ Be capable of testing any product covered by a local work instruction
~ Clean all items in a timely manner ensuring all accessories & instructions are present
~ Work to instructions & grading criteria
~ Carry out a final inspection of each product to ensure that it meets customer requirements
~ Ensure that all relevant labels are attached to each unit & box - then palletised correctly & safely
~ Achieve the set targets in all areas of work e.g. turnaround, productivity KPI's & customer expectations
~ Maintain the accessories’ location in a clean & structured manner to assist all clean and packers
~ Raise any issues to the Team Leader or the IT/Quality Manager
~ Will work to all operational procedures as per ISO 9001
~ Be aware of and work to all health & safety procedures and highlight any issues
~ Any other associated tasks

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will need to have some computer literacy skills - as the role will involve using a computer & an internal system to record information and print labels.

The working hours are 0630 - 1530 Monday to Friday
