Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team on site, Monday to Friday. This role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

You will champion HACCP and quality culture, drive improvements with data, lead audits, and train staff on HACCP, allergen awareness, and industry standards such as BRC.

Qualifications

• HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 required.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BRC and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Hours: 1 Month Mon-Thursday 6.30am- 3pm Fri 6.30am-2pm 2nd Month Mon-Thurs 3pm-11pm Fri 2pm-9pm
