Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our High Lift Quality Clinic team. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues efficiently while upholding standards set by the Quality Management System. You'll play a vital role in the containment and investigation of non-conformances and support continuous improvement across the Value Stream.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

• Act as a key point of contact for Value Stream quality concerns and support triage/MRB reviews.
• Ensure full containment and SAP transactions for non-conforming material.
• Support RCCA activities to eliminate recurring issues and drive Zero Defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and internal quality processes.
• Contribute to reducing non-conformances and improving process maturity.
• Collaborate across functions and help build a strong quality culture.

Job Requirements

Essential skills:

• Proven experience working with Quality Management Systems and understanding of quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across technical teams.

Desirable skills:

• Experience using quality tools (e.g., RCA, CAPA, CI frameworks).
• HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (advantageous).
• Strong IT literacy and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
