Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Quality Technician / Engineer for our client based in Smethwick.

Details:

• Permanent opportunities available
• £27 - £28k per annum
• 7.30am to 4.30pm Mon - Thurs. 12.30pm finish on Friday
• Start date of 26th August.

The Role:

• Prepare control plans, operator instructions, in process record sheets
• PPAP compilation
• Measurement of product, use of gauges, verniers, micrometers, height gauges etc
• Operate (preferably also program) CMM machines
• Undertake internal inspections
• Undertake internal audits
• 8D Compilation
• First off pass off

The Person:

• Experience in a similar role required
• Good attention to detail
