Job description

Pertemps West Bromwich is seeking a Quality Technician/Engineer for a well-established manufacturer based in Sandwell.

Role of a Quality Technician/Engineer:

• Prepare Control Plans, Operator Instructions, In-Process Record sheets
• Compile PPAP documentation
• Measure products using gauges, verniers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Operate (preferably also program) CMM machines
• Undertake internal inspections and audits
• Compile 8D reports
• Conduct First Off Pass Off inspections

This position is Monday - Thursday, 07:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Friday, 07:30 am - 12:30 pm. The salary ranges from £27,000 to £28,000 per annum.
