Job description

The Quality Technician at Cleanpac supports proper cleanroom operations under the guidance of the QA/RA Manager or designee. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections at various production stages, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Tasks may evolve based on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with regulations for regulated products.
  • Support the Quality Management System and quality initiatives.
  • Create inspection templates using Microsoft Office and store records appropriately.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections during production.
  • Communicate quality concerns promptly and assist with investigations.
  • Manufacturing: Review quality records such as cleanroom monitoring and cleaning forms for accuracy.
  • Supply Chain and Material Handling: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of received materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

    • Experience with ISO13485 or similar quality systems.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
    • Experience in medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments is preferred.
