Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Quality Technician to support our Production Supervisor and help ensure products meet required quality and traceability standards.

The role focuses on backing the production process, applying correct materials, and maintaining detailed records. You will perform quality checks, operate the bespoke software system, and label finished goods while ensuring full traceability from raw materials to finished products.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and records.
• Reliability and organisation to support daily quality requirements.
• Experience in quality, production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Supervisor with day-to-day quality requirements.
• Ensure correct products and raw materials are used during production.
• Complete paperwork to maintain traceability from raw materials to finished goods.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
• Operate the company’s bespoke software system.
• Create and apply labels for finished goods.
• Count remaining stock post-production and update the system.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Production Supervisor.

Pay: £13.39 per hour

Are you looking for a role within a busy food packaging manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a Quality Technician to support the Production Supervisor and ensure products are manufactured to the required quality and traceability standards.

The Role

Responsibilities

As a Quality Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the production process and ensuring the correct materials and products are being used. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Production Supervisor with day-to-day quality requirements
• Ensuring the correct products and raw materials are being used during production
• Completing paperwork to maintain full traceability of raw materials through to finished goods
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Operating the company’s bespoke software system
• Creating and applying the necessary labels for finished goods
• Counting remaining stock following production and updating the software system
• Carrying out any other duties required by the Production Supervisor

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and detail-focused, with the ability to follow procedures and accurately complete paperwork and system updates. Previous experience in a quality, production or manufacturing environment would be beneficial, although the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

You will need good attention to detail as the role involves maintaining accurate records, checking products and materials and ensuring traceability throughout the production process.
