This hands-on, varied role is focused on upholding high standards in both quality and environmental compliance. Working closely with Production and Technical teams, the Quality Compliance Technician ensures that rigorous standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily quality and environmental operations, including system checks, noise and odour assessments, and quality sampling related to production results and customer feedback.
  • Conduct perimeter checks and provide on-the-ground technical support to operators.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and master data, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Declaration of Performance (DoP), and records for thermal and raw material testing.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal audits in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001 frameworks.
  • Maintain the integrated management system to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying deviations, capturing improvement opportunities, and participating in cross-functional initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • Secondary vocational education, apprenticeship, or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality/compliance environment, with knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards considered advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office and data systems) and a methodical, organised approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with operators, engineers, and auditors.
  • Analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify trends and propose practical solutions.
