Quality Technician

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a global organisation that is looking for a Quality Technician for a temporary assignment.

As the Quality Technician, you will report to the Senior Quality & Reliability Manager and will be responsible for coordinating activities to understand satisfaction and quality issues within the UK market.

This role will be primarily based at the company head office in Malmesbury (3 days per week); occasional travel will also be required to the repair centre in Chippenham and the warehouse in Gloucestershire (2 days per week).

You Will Be:

• Assisting with monitoring new product launches.
• Coordinating the collection of parts or machines to ensure samples are collected within the specified timeframe.
• Sorting returned parts and conducting basic inspections.
• Organising sample collection and arranging couriers for global teams when required.
• Relaying inspection feedback to the quality engineers.
• Performing analysis from the CRM database.
• Analyzing online customer reviews.
• Providing support to the quality team, including customer care, support investigations, product refurbishment assessments, and market investigations.

You Will Need:

• Strong organisational skills.
• A scientific and methodical approach.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience completing tasks required in this role.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and multitask.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• An understanding of data processing within an established framework.
