Are you an experienced electronics repair professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, continuous improvement and problem-solving?

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Technician to support the delivery of high-quality repair operations within our consumer electronics environment. Working closely with the Quality Engineer and Operations teams, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, investigating test failures, identifying root causes and driving improvements that enhance repair quality, yield and customer satisfaction.

How you will contribute

• Perform in-process quality inspections on repaired devices to ensure customer and company quality standards are achieved.
• Investigate test failures and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor repair quality and yield performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to repair technicians to improve quality and reduce repeat issues.
• Work closely with operational, engineering and quality teams to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction activities, ensuring a smooth transition into production and repair operations.
• Analyse quality data and performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with customer requirements, company procedures and quality standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality excellence and operational efficiency.
• Follow all Health & Safety requirements, company values and the DP World Code of Conduct.
• What you will bring
• Previous experience within a consumer electronics repair environment.
• Strong understanding of repair processes, quality systems and operational improvement practices.
• Experience conducting investigations, root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide feedback, influence improvements and work effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience analysing quality data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Exposure to manufacturing, repair, technical or electronics-based quality environments.
