Job description

A globally recognised specialist manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Quality Department with the appointment of a Quality Technician.

As a Quality Technician, you must have a passion for all things Quality; record keeping, measuring parts, dealing with suppliers and customers, supporting production staff with day-to-day issues, and so forth. You will learn from a very experienced team and will undergo extensive training and mentoring as needed. As such, you will need career focus and a desire to progress.

Working from their facility in Birmingham, the Quality Technician will have the following responsibilities:

• A proven background in Quality Inspection within Manufacturing and the desire to progress their career.
• The ability to undertake product quality inspection in a fast-paced environment (use of verniers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• An understanding of all necessary record keeping.

The successful candidate should have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship or possess a similar appropriate qualification.
