Job description

Position: Quality & Technical Manager

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

The Company: Our Client, an innovative family-owned manufacturer of high-quality textile products, is devoted to delivering superior solutions that meet the highest standards, earning the trust of industry leaders.

The Role: Employed as a Quality & Technical Manager, your duties will be focused on Engineering / Quality & R&D. You will manage a team, ensuring the highest standards of product design and development, specification control, and adherence to ISO9001 standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the reputation for excellence.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

  1. Educated to Degree / HND Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or be a Time Served Engineer with very relevant experience
  2. Knowledge of the requirements of working in the manufacturing industry (ISO9001)
  3. Management / Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  4. Knowledge of ERP & Six Sigma would be an advantage

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects, an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
