Rolls-Royce SMR in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality Technical Manager to provide technical governance across engineering and quality workstreams, ensuring the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of nuclear systems and components.
You will act as a recognised technical authority, leading governance and assurance processes, and collaborating with Engineering, Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Programme teams to strengthen technical standards and integrity.

We're looking for a Quality Technical Manager to provide technical governance across engineering and quality workstreams, ensuring the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of nuclear systems and components. This is a unique opportunity to influence technical standards, engineering assurance and nuclear quality across one of the UK's most exciting engineering programmes.
We need you to act as a key technical authority, ensuring engineering activities align with nuclear safety requirements, regulatory expectations, engineering standards and organisational governance frameworks.
You’ll provide technical leadership and independent challenge across engineering activities, helping to ensure robust technical decision-making, effective governance, and high standards of engineering integrity.
Working across Engineering, Quality, Safety and Programme functions, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and developing nuclear technical standards, Statements of Work and assurance processes that support the successful delivery of the Rolls‑Royce SMR programme.
