About the Quality Technical Manager job
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager with technical expertise to lead the quality team and provide technical support to ensure that the products and services meet legal compliance and customer expectations.
Key tasks
About You
The successful candidate shall have a Degree or equivalent in a food-related subject and at least 2 years relevant technical experience, HACCP (Intermediate Level), and an Internal Auditing qualification.
You should be a personable individual with strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential, along with the capability to build rapport and train effectively. Experience in managing retail and food service clients is required, as well as a dynamic approach to driving improvements.

The site is in Kent and commutable from Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, and surrounding towns.
The package includes Simply Health package, Pension 5% employee, 3% employer.
The working hours are Monday-Friday with flexibility around work times.
