This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities
  1. Research errors and write error reports.
  2. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Develop and analyze quality reports, gathering and statistically analyzing data in error conditions.
  4. Perform stock checks as required.
  5. Collaborate daily with facility departments to resolve issues with mislabeled or mixed products.
  6. Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records using RF units.
  7. Identify trends in facility quality and make recommendations.
  8. Ensure timely production and sharing of reports with relevant functional areas.
  9. Perform other duties and projects as required.
Qualifications for the role
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a distribution environment, preferably in continuous improvement, quality, or inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of TOPS and MARC systems; BMH and KBM system knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to operate powered equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Detail-oriented and team-focused.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime with little notice.
  • Must have valid work authorization for employment with ABB in the US.
