Job summary

GSK Barnard Castle is seeking a Quality Technology & Facilities Specialist (Secondment/FTC) to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness across MSAT, Engineering and Logistics. You will support validation, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to drive reliability and patient supply.

The role requires a science/engineering background, GMP knowledge, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver audit-ready documentation and facility improvements at the UK

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Experience with databases or Access is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support operational quality, validation, maintenance and optimisation of site technologies and facilities.
• Assist in implementation and documentation of technology systems and facility processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
• Maintain compliant documentation for technology systems and facilities for audits.
